Ultimate Super Satellite Tournament Launched via partypoker US Network

Online poker players in New Jersey now have a shot at winning a trip to Las Vegas. The partypoker US Network recently announced a special event coming up this month titled the Ultimate Super Satellite Tournament. This event offers players a chance to compete to win a trip to Sin City. The tournament will take place on June 20 and include a $1,060 buy-in. The format is no-limit hold’em with eight-handed play.

Network Wide Competition

In New Jersey, the partypoker US Network caters to players at partypoker NJ as well as Borgata Poker and BetMGM Poker. Players on each of these sites will be able to log on and play in the special event at 8pm.

The tournament will offer up three guaranteed prizes, and each is worth $25,000. The money can be used to buy-in to events in Las Vegas. If more players show interest in the special event, the network will up the ante.

For every additional 25 entries into the event over what is expected, the site will provide another prize package worth $25,000. The cash can be used in three ways. First, from June 25 to July 2, players can use the money to play in a $10,000 event.

From July 2-7, the cash can be used to play in a $5,000 event. And on November 4-17, and additional $10,000 is available for an event. In Nevada, the poker rooms are in full swing, and the World Series of Poker will be back in action by September, running through November.

The dates line up where players could use the money earned in the competition to compete in a WSOP bracelet event. This would be a great option for players who are already planning on attending the WSOP. By competing in the special event, if the prize package is won then it cuts down on entry fees for the series.

Satellites are Up and Running

The Ultimate Super Satellite Tournament is offering up satellites right now so players can earn a spot in the event. Until June 19, players can take part in satellites with buy-ins starting at just $5. The satellites are affordable, allowing every player to try to land a seat to the Super event and avoid having to try and come up with the $1,060 buy-in.

Players in Michigan will also have access to the same Ultimate Super Satellite Tournament, with winners traveling to Las Vegas as well. In this state however, BetMGM Poker is only offering two prize packages. More may be provided depending on the turnout.
