This coming Sunday, Americas Cardroom will be hosting the highlight of its current Online Super Series – the $1,000,000 guaranteed Million Dollar Sunday.

Americas Cardroom´s Online Super Series is the filling in an ambitious trio of back-to-back-to-back poker tournament series called OSS CUB3D. About the Million Dollar Sunday OSS Main Event

The Million Dollar Sunday OSS Main Event gets underway on Sunday (September 4) at 4:00pm (ET). It has a direct buy-in of $540.00, with unlimited re-entries available during five hours of late registration. Players start with 10,000 chips and gently increasing blinds over the fifteen minute levels. At the end of the late registration period, players will be entering Level 21 with blinds of 600/1,200 (ante 120).

Due to the extended late registration period, the tournament usually lasts into the early hours of Monday morning – but it is well worth staying up for. The winner of the Million Dollar Sunday OSS Main Event is guaranteed a first prize of $200,000 (subject to any deals being made in the closing stages), while every player making it to the final table is assured of a minimum $18,000.

Hundreds of Satellites and Sub-Satellites Scheduled

Conscious of the fact that not everybody has $540 to invest in their abilities, Americas Cardroom is hosting hundreds of satellites and sub-satellites over the next few days to qualify as many players as possible for the target event. Sub-satellites start at “Freebuy” level (tournaments that have no entry fee and the option to pay for re-buys and add-ons), and culminate in the weekend´s Mega-satellites.

There are three Mega-satellites for the Million Dollar Sunday OSS Main Event scheduled for this weekend:

• Tomorrow night (Friday), a 50-seat guaranteed Mega-satellite with a buy-in of $66.00 gets underway at 7:30pm (ET).
• Saturday night´s $66.00 buy-in Mega-satellite also gets underway at 7:30pm (ET), but guarantees 100 seats in the target event.
• Early risers on Sunday morning (11:30am ET) can take advantage of a 150-seat guaranteed Mega-satellite with a buy-in of $88.00.

All three satellites should be well supported and, if you fail to qualify via the Mega-satellite opportunities, Americas Cardroom will be hosting several “deadline” turbo qualifiers right up until the cards are in the air for the Million Dollar Sunday OSS Main Event.

The Million Dollar Sunday is Not the End of the Action

Although the $1 million guaranteed tournament is the highlight of Sunday´s action, it should not be the only event you focus on. In the hours prior to the Million Dollar Sunday event, two very valuable tournaments get underway – one guaranteeing $100,000 for a $109 buy-in, the other guaranteeing $50,000 for a $22.00 buy-in. Both of these tournament have five hours of late registration, so could be entered at the same time as the Million Dollar Sunday commences.

Once the feature tournament is underway, there are several more attractive events scheduled for later in the evening. A $55.00 buy-in event at 6:00pm (ET) is guaranteeing ten packages to the Punta Cana Poker Classic in October, while at 7:30pm (ET) an $88.00 buy-in tournament guarantees two “passports” to a selection of tournaments in the high-rolling Bigger Online Super Series  – the Bigger Online Super Series being the final leg of OSS CUB3D and getting underway next Wednesday.
