Weather forecasters may be predicting a long, hot summer, but you can win some cool prizes in 888Poker´s “Summer Splashout” promotion – a free-to-enter promotion in which $12,000 of cash prizes and other 888Poker goodies will be won every day up until 2nd September.
The “Summer Splashout” promotion revolves around twelve tournaments being played each day. Four of the tournaments have cash prize pools ranging from $1,000 to $3,000, whereas in the other tournaments prizes such as free bets, sports bags and designer sunglasses can be won.
The promotion is free-to-enter for both new and existing players, and a series of daily challenges provides players with more tournament tickets and the chance to win more cash and more prizes.
How the Promotion Works
The Summer Splashout tournaments are scheduled a few hours apart around the clock, and every player is given four Splashout tickets to enter the events of their choice. Once the Splashout tickets have been used up, extra tickets can be awarded for completing one or more challenges:
- Play twenty or more raked hands at a cash table
- Play in tournaments with a total buy-in value of $3.00 or more
- Bet $5.00 or more on any casino game through the 888Poker client
- Bet $5.00 or more on sports through the 888Poker client
Players will receive three additional Splashout tickets for each challenge that is completed, so potentially they could compete in every Splashout tournament throughout the entirety of the promotion. However, to be eligible for the additional Splashout tickets, players must have played in one Splashout tournament already and made a real money deposit into their accounts.
Win a Summer Holiday in the Splashout Promotion
Towards the end of the Summer Splashout promotion, 888Poker will be hosting a special “Summer Holiday” tournament in which the two top players will each receive a holiday package including flights, accommodation and spending money. The packages each have a value of $2,900 and the tournament will have an extra $1,000 of cash prizes for those who fall short of the top prizes.
Entry into the “Summer Holiday” tournament will be open to every player who completes a series of challenges. Details of the challenges will be sent to each registered player by email each week.
